About
Built for focused people.
Daily Gap started from a simple problem: too many goals, no single place to manage them. Priorities shift mid-day. High-value work gets crowded out by whatever feels most urgent. Progress happens, but it's hard to see.
This isn't a task manager. It's a goal management system — built around the idea that meaningful work requires structure, daily attention, and a clear definition of what done actually looks like.
Every goal in Daily Gap has a definition of success, a set of checkpoints, and a task list split between one-time actions and daily maintenance. The daily view shows you exactly what needs to happen today. The weekly report shows you whether it did.
Principles
- Private by default. Your goals are yours.
- No gamification. No badges. Progress speaks for itself.
- One daily list. All goals, one place, one priority order.
- Honest tracking. Missed days count. Streaks break. That's the point.
