Rank your goals so your daily energy goes to what actually matters most. You can reorder anytime as your priorities shift.

Define each goal

A step-by-step wizard asks the right questions: What does success look like? What are the major checkpoints? What one-time tasks are needed? What needs to happen every day?

Set your timeline

Assign a target completion date to each goal and checkpoint. The calendar and Gantt view show everything on one timeline.

Work your daily list

Each day, Daily Gap shows you exactly what to do across all your active goals — daily maintenance tasks and any one-time tasks that are due.

Track your progress

Streaks, goal completion counts, and weekly reports show you the momentum you're building over time.
